Here at Adriane Alvord Dressage we pride ourselves in top quality care & training for your horse . We believe that in order for the horses to get the most out of their training , they have to also be treated and cared for like the athletes that they are . Our facility offers the type of environment and amenities to help you and your horse reach your full potential. We are very fortunate to call Fairview Dressage Training Center , home for our equine friends.
Fairview consists of 27 open acres with 12 large paddocks including two fields for group turnout, a gorgeous covered arena with 90 feet of mirrors and lights and state of the art footing that is groomed daily, and receives regular maintenance . Located 10 minutes west of Upperville, and just 25 minutes outside of Middleburg, Va . Our manager lives on site and has extensive experience handling high performance horses .
We also offer top quality nutrition for our horses with guidance from our Equine Nutrition Specialist of nearly 10 years , Douglas Levitt of Nutrena Feeds . Every horses diet is specialized based on their work load, body condition sore, and Doug’s recommendation in order to ensure your horse is receiving the fuel they need to maximize the results of their training. We feed unlimited hay of a high quality orchard grass that has been tested through a hay analysis to ensure that their diets are in balance and complete .
In addition to our amenities, we also offer recovery and therapeutic services having both a Beamer horse set , end Cryotherapy machine on site .

BARN MANAGER
Barn Manager
Brooke started with Adriane Alvord Dressage in September of 2023. Originally from Haymarket, Virginia, she graduated with a Bachelor's in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University. With 10 years of equine experience, Brooke brings a unique blend of creativity and efficiency to her role where her understanding and individual care for our horses shines through. From overseeing daily operations and care to capturing Selfie content for TikTok, Brooke’s passion for horses is evident. Brooke’s versatile professionalism and artistic spirits seamlessly balance the responsibilities of barn management with a genuine love for equestrian pursuits. !
FARM ASSISTANT / STALL CLEANER
Jose has worked for Adriane Alvord Dressage for over a year . We could not run our business with out his dedication and care for the horses and facility! Jose is an early bird, often arriving at 4am (7 days a week) to start the day feeding, turning in, or out, and making our farm spotless . We are extremely grateful to have this hard working man apart of our team !
